Here is some information that may be of interest:
- Certified Staff Positions- All certified staff applicants must have the qualifications/certifications for the position for which they are applying. They must also meet all other guidelines for employment as listed below.
- Non-Certified Staff Positions- All non-certified staff applicants must have the qualification/experince necessary for the postion for which they are applying. Some of those positions require extra experience and/or college preparation. (All Para-Professionals must have 60 college hours, etc.)
- All Substitute Teachers must meet DESE qualifications and have the recommended number of college hours to serve as a substitute in the district. Please submit application packet with all requirements to the office at Phelps County R-III; 17790 State Route M; Edgar Springs, MO 65462.
- Fingerprints and Background Checks are mandatory before employment begins. The cost for this Background Check/Fingerprinting process is paid by the applicant and is approximately $50.00. Please contact the school office for more information regarding this process.
